THE AIM OF THE FESTIVAL:
There are several musical instruments which has spread to the World and many cultures and ethnicities, and becomes reknown and embraced with different cultures and music in a very short time, as the owner of the sound and the music. Accordion and other bellows instruments are among such multimoda and polyphonic instruments. The aim of this festival is to create such means of communication and opportunities to meet, contemplate, appreciate and create solidarity and fraternity among the ones who make and produce such music which provides multicultural and universal approach, within this family of accordion and bellows instruments.
In addition, as AKORDER, we aim to organize events that will promote visibility both in our country and in the world, in order to bring the accordion instrument and the family of this instrument back to music pedagogy and curriculum in our country.
We believe that we have come one step closer to this goal with our festival, which will be held for the second time this year.

The accordion, which is an instrument of migration, has been the autochthonous instrument of societies in the cultures of microtonal music it meets. About instruments from the accordion family, which are tampereman and chromatic system instruments; playing techniques and common literature problems and solution proposals with organological approaches.
